Baby BOOM !

I received an update today from our social worker. Our agency office in Lancaster has been very busy and has implemented many domestic adoption placements just since the start of the year. Mike and I have been “shown” to as many of those birthmothers as we were a match for. Unfortunately at this point we have not been chosen, but we remain optimistic that our wait could be brief. Keep in mind that our agency works in several states so if Lancaster, PA is any indication it’s quite possible the other states are very busy with new birthmothers and that too could shorten our wait. There are still approximately 100 families in the domestic program. And so, we wait! Keep your fingers crossed!
