We spent the weekend knee deep in new baby items. Thanks to everyone who has been buying us gifts already. So far we have gotten some large items – thanks to Dad and Phyllis for our crib and to Mike’s parents for our travel system. We picked up our new furniture on Friday evening, but don’t quite have it all together yet – go figure! The armoire is almost put together, but we just ran out of gas last night at about 10 pm.
Mindy donned our porch on Saturday evening with armfuls on new stuff too! Those crazy neighbors really are crazy, but we love them (guess we have to route for the Yanks now, geez, what is this world coming too?). She brought us a diaper pail, changing pad and cover, plus lots of other items from our registry to keep Baby K very clean – thanks guys! Plus they have given us their Pack N Play. Then today appeared a Bundle Me infant seat cover from my work buddy Patti – thanks!
That’s it for now – doctor appointment tomorrow! Maybe we’ll get the C-section date!
